Beautiful Body attempts to reconstruct individual body cognition when technology distorts the understanding of beauty, health, and body and self-management. It becomes the dominant force in shaping, controlling, and monitoring bodily experiences. The installation consists of two parts: body training apparatus and body performance videos. Data flows continuously between the apparatus and the human body in the videos, creating a technology-dominated body performance where bodily experiences are unconsciously reconstructed.
