The term "Liminality" originates from the Latin word "limen," referring to a "gappy or ambiguous state." The installation simulates a state of biological evolution, where numerous metal ribbons with pixelated information irregularly extend and retract. As time progresses, when they accumulate to a specific threshold, these metal ribbons rapidly contract, assuming a new posture to continue observing the surroundings, patiently awaiting the next transformation.
